Engineering firm HNTB cut the ribbon on its new downtown Madison office this week.
The company signed a lease in 2024 for the 15,000 sq.-ft. space in the U.S. Bank Plaza, which sits across the street east of the Capitol.
The office addition helps HNTB further establish its presence in south-central Wisconsin after role in the Madison Beltline Flex Lane project and future studies in expanding I-39/90/94 and US 51 in Dane County, HNTB said in a news release. HNTB’s main Wisconsin offices are in Milwaukee.
Tuesday evening’s celebration included WTBA event regulars such as HNTB Wisconsin Office Leader T.J. Dougherty and Vice President Andy Kowske. Executive Director Steve Baas attended on behalf of WTBA.
