CASCADE, Wis. — The percussive sound of shotgun blasts hitting brightly colored clays may have limited your ability to hear it, but all you had to do was look to see the joy on the faces of WTBA members in Sheboygan County yesterday.
WTBA held its annual Spring Sporting Clays Tournament at the Highlands Sportsmen’s Club in Cascade.
More than 40 teams, totaling nearly 180 shooters gathered at the club for a full day of competition, craft, and camaraderie.
“Sporting clays at this facility is outstanding,” WTBA President JR Ramthun said.
“We sold this out, I think, in literally less than a day… All these events WTBA does just brings everybody together. I keep saying, the face-to-face time is so important for contractors, Associate members, vendors, dealers, just everybody to get together.”
