Between equipment sales and rentals, surety bonding, legal expertise, accounting services and much more, the WTBA’s 134 Associate member companies have a lot to offer.
The Associate Council wants to make sure WTBA members know how to tap into those valuable resources.
The council talked through ways to broaden its outreach and provide further value during its quarterly meeting Wednesday. Possible options include future webinars, topical articles in the Weekly Update newsletter, a centralized resource center on the WTBA website, casual events and outings, and other connection opportunities.
Associate Council Chairman Jamie Vanderveldt with R&R Insurance said the goal is to provide even more value to members and give them information that interests and impacts their daily lives and careers.
Members can expect to see a survey from WTBA in the coming months to help the Council tailor its offerings.
Board President Mike Hahn joined WTBA staff for the meeting. The Council also heard a political update from Executive Director Steve Baas and shared market updates during the 90-minute luncheon meeting.
Director of Government Affairs Elise Nelson oversees the 15-member panel.
