The changing seasons are bringing change to the top of two WTBA Consultant member companies.
HNTB named T.J. Dougherty the new head of its Wisconsin Office on Wednesday. Dougherty most recently served as HNTB’s Wisconsin Operations Manager and has been with the engineering firm for nearly 23 years.
He also serves on the WTBA of Tomorrow Board.
“I am honored to take on this new role and excited to lead HNTB’s Wisconsin team,” Dougherty said in a news release. “Our region is experiencing tremendous growth and development, and I look forward to working with our clients to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that will benefit the communities we serve.”
Dougherty replaces Ashley Booth, who departed Wisconsin this summer to take on the same role at HNTB’s North Texas-Arkansas Office.
Meanwhile, Pat Kressin will become GRAEF’s new president on Jan. 1. Kressin has overseen major projects such as Discovery World and the Milwaukee Art Museum in his 30-year career. He is replacing John Kissinger, who will continue on as GRAEF’s CEO until his retirement.
“It’s an incredible honor to step into this role and continue building upon GRAEF’s remarkable legacy,” Kressin said. “I look forward to collaborating with our talented team to drive the firm toward an exciting future.”
WTBA extends a hearty congratulations to both T.J. and Pat in their new roles!
