Dirt Ball Open 2025 – Lannon Stone
Save the date Sunday, September 28, 2025 for Lannon Stone’s event of the year: The Dirt Ball Open at Ironwood Golf Course in Sussex.
Start your morning off with complimentary breakfast, and browse the raffle prizes in the barn before you grab your exclusive tee gift and get out to the first tee at 8 a.m.
We will keep the fun rolling all day with complimentary beverages on the course and a post round lunch buffet. The fun won’t stop there, after the golf ends join us in the barn for raffle prizes, awards, and a round of ball toss (the most electrifying event in sports).
This event plays a major role in funding scholarships for students attending WCTC. For the past 2 years we were able to donate $30,000/year in scholarships to Waukesha County Technical College. The Dirt Ball Open Scholarship benefits The School of Applied Technologies with focuses in Construction Management, Metal Fabrication/Welding, Industrial Maintenance, and Building Trades. That is a total of 12 scholarships at $2,500.00 each for students working towards a career in our industry! Hopefully in the years to come we will be working and golfing alongside these students.
Lastly, we could not put on such a great event without our sponsors. We are now accepting sponsorships for the 2025 Dirt Ball Open. We have three levels of sponsorship, Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Each level will receive website recognition, as well as see their logos on signs, beverage carts, and banners throughout the day.
Please see the website for more details on each sponsorship tier. Platinum sponsors must apply by July 1st!
If a sponsorship does not seem right for you, we are also accepting raffle prizes. Some highlights from last year include Milwaukee Tools, YETI coolers, tickets from your favorite local teams, golf experiences, booze bundles, golf equipment, and much more.
This year we will keep the drinks on the bev cart, please do not bring a bottle of booze for the cooler. The cooler will be a part of the raffle prizes so no need to bring a bottle of booze in exchange for a booze cooler raffle ticket.
