Chances are you can think of an exceptional intern or student you’ve mentored in the transportation construction industry.
A financial boost may propel them to one day become an exceptional colleague.
Applications opened Tuesday for the WTBA of Tomorrow Scholarship program.
WTBA will award two $5,000 Engineering scholarships and two $3,000 Engineering Tech scholarships at the Contractor-Engineer Conference in January.
College-age students studying civil engineering, construction technology, surveying, and dozens of other related fields are encouraged to apply. Applicants ideally attend a UW System or Wisconsin Technical College System school, however it is not a requirement.
Students must submit a cover letter, two letters of recommendation, and their latest school transcript to be eligible. The application deadline is Friday, Nov. 7, 2025.
The WTBA of Tomorrow Council will meet this winter to review entries and select the four winners. Generous donations from the WTBA Scholarship Auction fund the program each year.
Spread the word and encourage students to head to wtba.org/scholarships to apply now!
